    Strategy Bon-Accord, is consultancy firm located in Aberdeen, Scotland, offering specialised business development services, based on 40+ years of knowledge in the area.

    We work with manager, Iain Fullerton, sharing knowledge, market insights and expertise to be able to offer our clients a broad spectrum of experience both here in UK and in other areas of the world. This allows us to build strong international links, and to identify and implement a structured business development plan for our clients.

Previous projects include business development for a pipeline inspection company globally, research and market strategy APEC and other training companies in UK to identify and develop opportunities for them in Kazakhstan and in Latin America, business development for Evoilve, and Caiman, two distinct companies providing digital transformation solutions, and market research and development of international market for Mincotec, a Bolivian mining company

Ongoing we have delivery of Leadership and Management Program, with Cultural Intelligence. Cultural Intelligence workshops, and1-1 coaching together with partner company ITB Competence Assurance,
